How to Submit Your Abstract

Register as a 4th MSC 2026 Delegate
You may submit your abstract without registering. Registration can be completed separately after your abstract has been reviewed.

Format your 300-word abstract according to the official template.

Once your abstract is prepared, submit it through our secure online portal.

- The submitting author must be the presenting author and will be required to register for the conference upon acceptance.
- Abstracts must represent original, unpublished research.
- All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Committee.
- Submission of an abstract implies consent to publish it in the conference programme book or related digital materials.
- If accepted, the presenting author must attend the conference to present the work (or arrange an approved substitute).
