Guidelines for Poster Presentation
Presentation Requirement
You are required to present your poster in person during designated sessions. To allow time for discussion and interaction with other conference participants, keep your presentation to about three minutes.
Poster Specifications
Dimensions & Layout
- Size: A1
- Orientation: Portrait
- Dimensions: 594 mm (width) × 841 mm (height), or 23.4 × 33.1 inches
Language
- The poster must be prepared in English.

Your poster should be clearly divided into the following sections:
Introduction
Methods
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
References
On-site Guidelines & Setup
- After your poster has been accepted for presentation at the conference, a poster code will be assigned.
- This code will be displayed in the upper corner of the poster board and will mark the location of your poster. Make sure your placement matches the poster code listed in the programme book.
- The Secretariat will provide materials for mounting your poster on the first conference day. Please make sure you collect these from the registration counter.
- If you require any assistance, please contact the Secretariat during the conference.
- Please remove your poster by 6 PM on the second day of the conference; otherwise, it will be discarded.
