Abstract Guidelines

Please read and follow the guidelines below before submitting your abstract.

Submit via Microsoft CMT

The 4th MSC 2026 utilizes the Microsoft CMT platform for all abstract submissions.

Important: You must register as a participant before submitting. Abstracts without a verified registration will be automatically rejected.

Acknowledgement: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

General Requirements

  • The abstract must be written in British English language and present an informative synopsis or summary of the research work.
  • The total word count must not exceed 300 words.
  • The full term for which an abbreviation or acronym stands should precede its first use unless it is a standard unit of measurement or in common use.
  • Do not include references in the abstract.
  • Provide a maximum of five keywords that will assist in cross-indexing.

Formatting Guidelines

Font Sizes & Type

Font type: Arial

  • Title: 14.0 points
  • List of authors: 12.0 points
  • Affiliations: 10.5 points
  • Corresponding author's email: 10.5 points
  • Main body of text: 12.0 points
  • Keywords: 12.0 points

Spacing & Layout

  • Spacing: Single-line spacing.
  • Alignment: The text should be aligned left except for the body of the abstract, which should be justified alignment.
  • Margins: The left, right, top, and bottom margins must be exactly 2.54 cm (1 inch).

Abstract Structure

All abstracts must include the following sections clearly indicated with subheadings in bold:

Introduction

Provide context for the work presented.

Methods

A brief description or overview of the study methods.

Results

Main findings, along with interpretation and potential significance.

Conclusion

This should summarise the main findings and provide suggestions for further studies.
