How to Submit Your Abstract

Register as a 4th MSC 2026 Delegate
Make sure that you have registered as a 4th MSC 2026 delegate before submitting your abstract. Abstract submission without registering will be rejected.

Read the Guidelines
Ensure your research fits within our accepted tracks and strictly adheres to formatting requirements before preparation.

Prepare Your Document
Format your 300-word abstract according to the official template. You must register as a delegate before submitting.

Submit Online
Once prepared and registered, submit your abstract through our secure online portal.

- The submitting author must be the presenting author and must register for the conference.
- Abstracts must represent original, unpublished research.
- All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Committee.
- Submission of an abstract implies consent to publish it in the conference programme book or related digital materials.
- If accepted, the presenting author must attend the conference to present the work (or arrange an approved substitute).
